RICHARD HARROW OR... ME?!

A self portrait. This one was shaped off a mask I wore to be  Boardwalk Empire character Richard Harrow a couple years ago. Maybe my favorite character... ever? Anyways, I shaped that mask into a whole self portrait, and it was was one of my most difficult pictures ever. I always want to expand into multimedia but the effort to make it really work is so insane... anyways. Like how this pic turned out.

FENGUS, BEANJAYS, JESTER

Two recent pictures. The first is Fengus and his evil doppelganger Beanjays. I've been working on trying to get Beanjays to catch on. So far there's been pretty strong resistance, but I'll force this shitty character down everyone's throat.

The second picture is for my brother's birthday flyer.

TARANTULA, ART SHOW

I've been bad about posting, but I have been quite busy with art lately. This first picture is from a one page comic I'm making. I was really blown away by how good this tarantula turned out...

...So I decided to make it a painting for an upcoming pop up show. I made the painting on a scrap piece of plywood in one day. I think it came out really well. People really liked the pastel background. I'm thinking of doing a series of these. They're really easy and people like them. Plus, I've got a ton of scrap plywood.

This one sold at the show. Here's a pick of my work hanging:

The cover to Sperble Elite issue four. I think this one is almost there, but I've been sitting on it, trying to place what the missing element is.

TATTOO DESIGN

tattoo design for a friend. Classic anchor, and a Mayan character turned into fengus.

SERIAL MAELSTROM- MARIO

We started a new pen and paper RPG dreamed up by my buddy Jake called Serial Maelstrom. In it we play ourselves dimension hopping to different fictional universes. This is my picture from our trip to Mario world.
