FACE DESIGN

 I've got an art show at the beginning of the new year and have been trying to make some new work for it. This was my first, and probably best project with my recently acquired watercolor pens.

 I'm testing a new way to do ink washes on my comics. I'm scanning the pages, printing them on watercolor paper and doing the washes there, then re-scanning. Unfortunately I had a little blurring of the lines, and had to copy the line work off the original image and overlay it on the edit. Not sure if it's the most efficient method. I used to just do ink washes on the originals, but the blue lines show and pencil marks show through the washes and I have to digitally edit them afterwards

SPERBLE ELITE- FATE OF THE JELLYFISH

TIGER HEAD

 An old Sperble Elite picture I updated. The coloring is partially digital, partially watercolor. Like the effect it created. This is also my first attempt digitally lettering word balloons. It worked okay, but I've got some work to do.
